What are paddle boards?

A paddle board, or stand-up paddle board (SUP), is a large, surf-style board that a person stands on to propel themselves across the water using a single-blade paddle. Paddleboards are used for various activities, including cruising, yoga, and fishing.

What type of boards do you offer?

Paddle PLX offers inflatable paddle boards that are easy to transport, cost effective, and easy to setup. We provide setup instructions. Each board comes with a paddle, pump, and life vest.

How easy is it to setup the boards?

Easy! The boards come in bags that weight 20lbs. In the bag you will find the board, a pump, paddle, and fins. Instructions will be included, but it's as easy as inflating the boards, clipping in the fins, and enjoying the lakes!

Where Do I Pickup The Boards?

Paddle boards will be picked up at our house on the lakes. We are located within minutes of launch sites. Our address is 3156 Wagoner St., Coventry Township 44319.

Where are launch sites in Portage Lakes?

Portage lakes offers 5 main launch sites for paddle boards and boats in general. Those locations are Long Lake Boat Ramp, Old State Park Boat Ramp, New State Park Ramp, & State Mill Boat Launch Ramp. We provide address's to these locations in an email after booking.

What time can I pickup the boards?

Each rental allows for an entire day of exploration. You can pickup the boards anytime between 9am and 9pm. We will reach out the day before pickup to confirm a time.

How much does it cost to rent?

We offer all our boards at $35 each for an entire day of fun (9am to 9pm).

What do I need to rent the boards?

At the time of pickup you will be required to sign a waiver and terms of service. We will also need to verify your drivers license at the time of pickup.

Will the boards fit in my vehicle?

Yes, the boards come uninflated for transport. The come in a bag the approximate size of a golf club bag / large duffle bag.

Where can I take the boards?

Anywhere! Feel free to take the boards to your Airbnb, another lake, or your own house.

Can I rent the boards for multiple days?

Yes! Boards can be rented for as long as you need. Reach out to OverlandTonight@gmail.com or 330-212-6612 to setup arrangements for longer rentals.

How do I book my paddle board rental?

Simple! Click here and select your booking date. Select how many boards and pay in advance for the rental. Once booked you will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions and additional information.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

We do not offer refunds for cancellations 30 days prior to the pickup date. You can get a full refund minus a 5% processing fee for cancellations more than 30 days out.

Do You Offer Trip Protection?

Yes! Our trip protection allows you to cancel up to 72 hours prior to pickup. You will not receive a monetary refund, however you will receive a credit to be applied on another date.
